  • Initial consultation fees are non-refundable

Business Funding Services

  • Application fees are non-refundable
  • Success fees are only charged upon funding approval
  • Consulting fees may be refundable within 72 hours of payment

Financial Consulting Services

  • Cancellation before initial consultation: Full refund
  • Cancellation after consultation: Pro-rated refund minus consultation fee
  • Custom program fees: Subject to terms in individual service agreement

Refund Process
