Service-Specific Refund Terms

Credit Repair Services

• Initial consultation fees are non-refundable
• Monthly service fees may be not be refunded if the service has been started
• Cancellation must be submitted in writing with 3 days notice

Business Funding Services

• Application fees are non-refundable
• Success fees are only charged upon funding approval
• Consulting fees may be refundable within 72 hours of payment

Financial Consulting Services

• Cancellation before initial consultation: Full refund
• Cancellation after consultation: Pro-rated refund minus consultation fee
• Custom program fees: Subject to terms in individual service agreement

Refund Process

1. Request Submission: Submit refund request in writing to support@mybossfinancial.com
2. Review Period: Requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
3. Decision Notification: Written notification of decision will be provided
4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days

• Third-party fees and charges
• Services already rendered
• Processing fees
• Late cancellation fees

Cancellation Process
