Meet Our Founder
LaShandra Butler was born and raised in a single parent household in Buffalo, NY. She is a loving wife and proud mother of three.
With a strong foundation in education, LaShandra attended college in Buffalo, NY, obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from D'Youville College and her Master of Business Administration with a focus in finance from Medaille College.
LaShandra brings over 17 years of experience in the financial industry, including Finance, Budgeting, and Accounting. Her journey into financial consulting began with a personal challenge - being denied for pre-qualification in 2014. Rather than accepting defeat, she turned this setback into motivation for change.
As a single mother to a son with special needs at the time, LaShandra was driven by determination. Within 90 days, she implemented a comprehensive financial transformation:
- Created and executed a budget plan to eliminate unnecessary spending
- Significantly increased savings
- Strategically minimized debt
- Worked with creditors and credit bureaus to clean her credit profile
- Boosted her credit score by 100 points
Her efforts paid off when she achieved her goal of becoming a first-time homeowner. Building on this success, she later became a second-time home buyer, completing the entire process in less than 30 days.
Inspired by her own journey, LaShandra documented her process, conducted extensive research, and developed a comprehensive approach to financial transformation. This led to the founding of My Boss Budget Coach, initially focused on helping individuals achieve their financial goals through budgeting, with a special emphasis on aspiring home buyers.
In response to client needs, she expanded her services to launch My Boss Credit Repair, a credit restoration program combining credit rebuilding, education, and financial budgeting. Today, this vision has evolved into My Boss Financial Solutions, offering comprehensive financial services to help clients achieve their dreams.
